FAQs

Should I File A Bug Report?
Our devs are always working on fixing issues in the game, and some fixes are tied specifically to app updates. Before submitting a bug report, please ensure you are running the latest version of Stumble Guys on a supported device. If you're using an out-of-date version, please upgrade the app and see if the issue persists.
You should check our Known Issues because we might be aware of an issue and we might provide you an update there.

What Should I Include In My Bug Report?
Our testing teams will do their best to squash bugs, but sometimes we need a bit of help to understand them better. Be sure to include the following when you submit a report so we're best equipped to help you out!
1. Describe what happened that was different from what you expected to happen
2. Steps to reproduce the issue, if available. What was the last thing you did or pressed before you ran into the bug?
3. Screenshots or videos of the issue, if you were able to capture them
4. Any error messages you received
Here are some troubleshooting steps that might help if you're experiencing slow performance or other issues that are possibly related to your device and not the game. Before all the below, please always make sure your game is running with the latest available version, by visiting the shop and checking for updates

For Android:
1. Close the game
2. Go to settings > About your phone > System updates
3. Clear the cache on your device by going to settings > Apps > Clear Cache
4. Make sure that your internet connection is stable by using Wi-Fi
5. Relaunch the game
For iOS:
1. Force close the app
2. Restart your device
3. Update your device software
4. Check your internet connection
5. Relaunch the app

Please keep in mind that if your device is unsupported due to compatibility issues, you won't be able to download the game or a new version of the game. In some scenarios you will still be able to play the game in an older version, if it was already on the device before it got registered in our unsupported devices list, however it's highly likely that you'l have issues with performance.

If your device is unsupported and you're affected by performance issues, unfortunately we won't be able to assist you. Despite that, we are always trying to adjust the game application to make it compatible with more devices with every new update, however it's not always possible for some specific devices.
We are sorry to hear about this, however items/gems/tokens do not disappear from accounts randomly.

This means that someone has access to your device/account and has used the gems/tokens.

Or...

You have requested a refund successfully and your account has been rolled back to the state that it was when the purchase was made.
It would appear that you have disconnected from the server while playing Stumble Guys.

Playing Stumble Guys requires a very good internet connections with download and upload working together simultaneously.
We recommend trying to reboot your Wi-Fi -router which might help or play with 4G/5G (not 5ghz Wi-Fi) -mobile connection for smooth Stumble experience.

Other reason might be RAM-management on your device. If you are switching between applications when the game going on this can cause disconnect too.

Pressing the Play button enters you into matchmaking. Solo Play and Party Rooms have the same method of matchmaking, the only difference being Solo play is accessible immediately.

The game will ideally find 32 players before starting the match. Each game consists of 3 rounds where players are gradually eliminated. For each round, the game selects a map at random.
While the first name change is always free, take note that consecutive name changes will cost you 100 Gems.

You’ll also need to factor in the name’s availability as well as the character limit (4-12 characters long)
We want all our stumblers to enjoy their matches against each other, so our matchmaking process tries to match stumblers with similar gameplay skills

This is so stumblers that have just started have a better chance of getting to know the gameplay mechanics, maps layout so in the future (after winning some trophies, crows and XP) they can be paired with more experienced stumblers

We want our game to be competive and fair so you can all enjoy a good Stumble Guys play session

The average waiting time to be paired with other stumblers & map selection is 15 seconds (This is highly dependent on your internet connection. If you have a weaker mobile network internet speed we recommend you try and connect via WiFi)

Maps on the normal ''Play'' mode will be selected at random so be sure to know them all!

For ''Party'' mode such as ''Normal Game'' or ''Custom Game'' in order to play make sure you are on the same game version and server region as the other stumblers so you can create and invite them or you can simply enter the code of the party that your friends have created so you can join them
The game’s controls may be basic, but the race against other players is always a challenge. Here’s what you can see when in a match:
1. Objective - lists what objective is done to qualify or win the game
2. Ping - indicates network stability
3. Movement - virtual analog stick that lets you move your character. This is replaced by the WASD keys on PC by default
4. Qualified Players - total amount of players that can qualify for the next round. This is replaced by no. of eliminated during the 3rd/final round.
5. Emotes - list of emotes equipped. Is replaced by 1-4 number keys on PC by default
6. Jump/Dive - lets you jump across obstacles. Pressing the button twice lets you dive
The types of maps can be categorized into three:
1. Race to Finish - the bread and butter of the game. Reach the finish line as quickly as possible to qualify or win.
2. Solo Elimination - unlike the other two map types, Solo Elimination maps are sudden death. Stay alive until the minimum amount of players remain.
3. Team Elimination - a temporary truce is required for these maps. Coordinate with your team and score more points than the opposing team to survive.

There’s quite a lot of maps so be on the look out and do your best to get to know them so you can be a pro stumbler!
After each round it will show the number of players remaining in-between rounds. This is also where your victory animations can be shown to the world.

Elimination of players is as follows:
1st Round: 32 players to 16 remaining
2nd Round: 16 players to 8 remaining
3rd Round: 8 players to 1 remaining
If eliminated, you can opt to stay and spectate the game until it ends through our spectator screen. Switch targets to spectate different players. You can still leave at any time by pressing the "Leave" button.

Of course, you can start a new game/match at any time after your current one is finished!
After getting eliminated or after a match is finished, your rewards will appear automatically on your screen.

Rewards Screen (Eliminated) - Shows the summary of the rewards you gain after being eliminated and also the last round you were able to qualify for.

Rewards Screen (Last standing) - Victory! Aside from the usual rewards, you also receive a crown which will be displayed on your profile and will also count towards the local and global rankings.
Here in the Customize sub-menu, you’ll be able to design your own character using what you’ve unlocked so far. Ms. Stumble and yours truly are available by default. Though, there are many unique skins which you’ll have the chance to unlock as you continue play the game.

Aside from skins, skin tone is also customizable using the list of options. These range from normal human skin tones to alien and monster-like skin tones. Feel free to experiment!

While there’s no in-game chat, emotes can be used during a game. These can range from light-hearted banter, taunt animations, and even special emotes that can directly affect your chances of winning.

Several victory animations are also available for you to express yourself and even gloat at eliminated players in-between rounds.

Lastly, footsteps leave a unique trail behind your character while running around maps.
Gems and Stumble Tokens can be hard to come by. This is why the game gives you the opportunity to spin the roulette once each day to get a chance to earn different prizes. If you’re playing on a mobile device, four additional spins are available for each in-game ad watched (depending on ad availability on your region).
Stumble Pass is a monthly reward system in which players can earn skins, emotes, animations, etc.

Rewards vary for each Season, and are divided into 2 types:

Premium Pass:
Has a cost of 1200 gems and you will be able to get in-game rewards that are more on the rare side

Free Pass:
No initial cost to unlock it. You will be able to get more common in-game rewards
Do you have what it takes to be at the top? Here you can see the top 100 players for both the number of crowns and number of trophies accumulated. The rankings are also divided into Local rankings and Global rankings.
There are 2 main ways you can connect with your friends and / or family in-game.

Normal Game
- You can create a room so that you and your friends can all play together in the same game.
- Party hosts can kick uninvited players if they happen to enter the room.
- Play with in a more competitive environment with other players filling in empty spaces (occasionally bots will also fill in these empty slots)
- Rewards are granted in ''Normal Game'' party mode (Crowns, EXP, Trophies, etc)

You can also choose to create a ''Custom Game'' which will present more customizable options but you won't earn any rewards in this game mode.

Custom Game
- Play in the desired Maps that you want
- Amount of players that will participate
- Choose to fill slots with AI (bots) or not
- In Custom Parties no Crowns or Trophies will be awarded
- Players will also not gain experience points
- If not invited, other players will not fill in the players slots
- If a player wins a custom game party, they will be greeted with a Joker's hat

Note: Currently some Team & Survivor maps are disabled in custom game party if there is only one player in the party (because they can't be played only by one player)

Since the game only has solo mode at this time, do remember that it’s still every man for himself!
Since our stumblers were requesting, we heard you and we added a Friends List so you can connect with everyone from your family and friends! (Available on version 0.44.2 and above)

To access the Friends List, check your right bottom corner:

From here you can:
- Add Friends (Type the friend you are looking for)
- Check for pending invites (You can reject, block or add)
- See your Friends list (You can see their online status)
- Remove a stumbler at any time by pressing the bin icon (For example if you added this stumbler by mistake)

We are still expanding the Friends List so hopefully in the future it will have more functionalities
Account deletions can serve multiple purposes. Different players might have different reasons for wanting an account deletion processed, like:
- Privacy reasons (actual deletion of data)
- Make a fresh start (progress reset)
- Not having the wish to continue playing

Anyone can delete their account on their own from inside the game, by following these steps:
1. Open the game
2. Tap the "gear" icon (settings) on the top right of the main screen
3. Tap "open" next to the Privacy field from the list
4. Tap "Delete Account" (red button)
5. Tap on the 3 dots and type "DEL" as a confirmation
6. Tap "Delete" (red button)

After following these steps to the end, the account in use will be deleted right away!

For data deletion cases, our customer support team is always happy to assist as well. To request your account to be deleted, you can tap on the Settings button in the upper right-hand corner, then "Open" next to "Help & Support" in the menu to open up a conversation.

IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that deleted accounts cannot be recovered through any means, including by contacting our support team.

If you have any questions or issues with the process above, please let us know and we'll do our best to assist!
